Our Melbourne Workroom Practices
At The Laminated Cotton Shop we are filling and looking after all of your orders as usual throughout the current crisis. I am very lucky to have my studio at my home in Melbourne where myself and my family have been isolated since March 2020.
As the owner of the Laminated Cotton Shop I am currently the only person who enters the workroom and packs all orders. Our product assistant Nicole is also self isolating and will return to work once social distancing rules in Melbourne are eased.
When your orders are packed they are then put into a separate bag and collected by a courier. Our couriers are also working within the social distancing guidelines.
Other practices in The Laminated Cotton workroom include wiping down surfaces with disinfectant cleaners and washing hands regularly before and after working with your orders. However these are practices we do anyway so its not much of a change to how we operate in a hygienic clean environment.
Your Order Delivery
Australian Delivery
All Australian orders at the moment are being delivered within 10 days. We are finding Melbourne and Sydney deliveries are still arriving within a couple of days. There may be some delays with other states but your order really should be arriving within a few weeks.
I personally check my Sendle courier dashboard regularly to make sure your orders are all on track. If you are concerned about your order at any time please contact us and i can follow it up for you.

International Delivery Times
Due to the recent global crisis we are finding all international orders are taking a few weeks longer due to parcel delivery backlogs in the US ,Europe and Asia. This affects everything you buy overseas not just The Laminated Cotton Shop.
Rest assured all international orders are tracked and if you are unsure of your order status you can always contact us anytime to check it for you.
As much as we use international delivery estimates from our couriers we all need to be aware that everyone is doing the best they can. We are all working hard to get your orders to you as soon as is physically possible.
